Business architecture transformation for a company restructuring
Finnpark Group operates a parking and real estate business and has implemented a structural arrangement to separate the two into distinct entities within the group. The parking business was divided into Finnpark Pysäköinti Oy and Moovy Oy: Finnpark Pysäköinti takes care of parking management, and Moovy focuses on the software business.
To support the restructuring as well as future development, Vuono Group helped Finnpark with business architecture planning and transformation.
