Adeola is a full-stack developer with a user-focused mindset. She has experience in web development and has previously worked at Nokia. Adeola is currently completing her Master’s degree in Information Networks at Aalto University where she has studied mainly computer science, design and new media.

Aleksi is a software engineer and automation specialist. Previously, he has worked as a software developer and a team-lead solving complex automation challenges for customers ranging from insurance brokers to Finnish municipalities.

Alex works as a Partnership Lead at Vuono Group. Previously he worked with data-driven M&A software at Mergero. Alex holds Master's Degree in Information Service Management with a specialisation in business analytics and finance from Aalto University.

Ali has 15+ years of experience in software development and IT consulting, and he has been a senior member of companies such as Reaktor and Futurice. Ali has done software development with a vast variety of clients and domains ranging from banking and insurance to media and entertainment sectors - and everything in between.

Alvaro is a senior consultant and software developer with a long experience on all levels of enterprise architecture, from system administration to complex software design and implementation. He comes originally from Chile but speaks fluent Finnish. Before Vuono Group Alvaro worked at CapGemini, HiQ and OpusCapita.

Anni is a senior consultant specialising in business automation and digital strategy. She holds Master’s degrees both in computer science and economics. Anni joined Vuono Group from OP Financial Group. Before that, she worked as a lead RPA consultant at Digital Workforce.

Antton is a Business Architect with strong strategic consulting and hands-on technical skills. Antton has a M.Sc degree in Information Analytics and Knowledge Management. Before Vuono Group, he worked at OP Financial Group and has a long consulting track record from Columbia Road working with end-to-end processes and business technology.

Erkki is a Software Developer who enjoys writing clean and maintainable code – although he appreciates spaghetti on his plate, he avoids it in the codebase. Erkki holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Helsinki, where he specialised in Software Systems.

Esa is a Data Scientist, curious about how patterns in data can provide valuable business insights. He holds a PhD from University of Tampere.

Henna is a full-stack developer with academic background in bioinformation technology and computer science at Aalto University. She joined Vuono Group from TietoEvry where she worked as a software developer focusing especially on Python.

Joona is a Software Developer, who is great at building software to elevate organisational efficiency. With extensive experience in web and mobile app development, Joona's strength lies in his ability to connect business strategy and technology development seamlessly.

Joona is an operational excellence and strategy professional with strong problem-solving and analytics skills. He has a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialisation in strategy and venturing. Joona has a background in Lean Six Sigma and has been instructing courses across Europe, including the one at Aalto University.

Joonas is a Software Developer, and the go-to person for all cloud infrastructure-related matters. He masters CI/CD pipelines and backend development and is very effective at finding solutions to complex problems.

Joonas is an automation and sales development specialist with years of experience in sales. Technical problem solving is his forte, and Joonas enjoys applying his deep technical know-how in sales. Joonas studies computer science at University of Helsinki.

Kristo is a business-oriented Software Architect and is especially interested in cloud architecture, streaming data platforms, and data-driven business concepts. With his go-getter attitude, he sets an example for the entire team.

Lac is a software developer with special interest in data. She has experience in web development, Python as well as NLP and ML -based applications. Lac is currently developing a custom ERP solution for a niche market where generic ERPs don’t work well enough. Lac has studied digital systems design and computer science at Aalto University.

Lasse is a full-stack developer from Germany. In addition to his experience in multiple programming languages, he has specialised in robotics and autonomous systems in his university studies. Before Vuono Group Lasse worked as a developer and engineer at Volkswagen and Audi.

Lauri has over 15 years of experience in IT consulting, architecture and digital advisory work in various industries such as telecoms, media, energy and financial services. He holds a M.Sc degree in Computer Science, and a M.Soc.Sc in Communications & Social Policy. Before Vuono Group he has worked in UK and Sweden with Futurice and Columbia Road.

Mathias is a Software Architect and Coach, who has worked with a broad range of projects and customers. He is at home at the intersection of business and technology and thrives when working in a team.

Matleena is a People and Collaboration Specialist, and as a former classroom teacher, she feels at home as an enabler, helping the team thrive. Her role includes tasks like work well-being coordination, career planning discussions and recruiting new members to the team.

Matti is a software development veteran with 20+ years of experience in highly technical hands-on roles. He has worked as a consultant at Futurice, Witted and SSH. In addition, his own cloud-based ERP product is used by multiple small and large retail clients in Finland.

Mikko is a Data Scientist and Software Developer interested in solving complex real-world problems with data science methods. He enjoys developing elegant software solutions and thrives when working with different stakeholders and clients to find valuable insights from data.

Olli is a software developer with a strong business mindset. He has experience in front-end, back-end as well as mobile development and design. Olli holds a MSc Degree from Aalto University where he studied both Industrial Management and Computer Science. Before Vuono Group Olli has worked at Taito United, DealDash and Futurice.

Patrick is a Software Developer and Data Scientist, who has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Aalto University. Patrick is a great team player with natural fluency in solving challenges in efficient yet elegant ways.

Pekka has over 20 years of experience in IT consulting and creating value for customers. He is a strong believer in continuous improvement, which drives him to learn and look for new ways to develop business operations in customer organisations.

Pekka has held senior roles in banking, hospitality and retail for over 30 years with a focus on successful data/analytics-driven multichannel sales and service operations. He has also had multiple key roles in efficiency and IT projects. For example, in credit automation, process digitalisation, migrations and building commercially viable bridges between legacy systems and modern capabilities.

Sampo has over 15 years of experience in IT consulting and digital advisory work in various industries such as manufacturing, energy, transportation and financial services. He holds a MSc degree in telecommunications. Before Vuono Group he has worked in Germany, UK and Sweden with Futurice and Columbia Road.

Sampo is a software developer with a diverse background and a passion for software development. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Information Networks, majoring in Software Engineering and Architectures, with a minor in Computer Science.

Sampo Toiva is a software architect and developer. Before joining Vuono Group, Sampo has worked as a senior software developer at Cloudpermit, Sharetribe, Futurice, and Ixonos — both in hands-on as well as team-leading roles. Process design and development are close to Sampo’s heart.

Serina works as a Marketing Lead at Vuono Group. She has vast experience in B2B marketing – especially in the IT industry and as a marketing consultant. Serina has a Master's Degree in Marketing from Aalto University.

Teemu has two decades of experience from digital business and transformation in large multinationals, scale-ups and start-ups in international areas. Most recently he was the CEO of Futurice and has been part of the journey to grow the company from a 30 people start-up to 700 people player operating in the Nordics and Central Europe. Before joining Futurice, Teemu has worked with international companies like Siemens and BMW in Finland and Germany. He is currently a member of the Board at VTT and has a BA International Business Studies degree from University of the West of England.

Tomi is a Full-Stack Developer who has found his calling in coding. He loves solving real-life business problems and strives to minimise future hardships by putting in the work today. As a curious and practical person, Tomi sees two sides to everything and seeking balance between them is the eternal journey of discovery for him.

Toni is a Business Architect with a strong background in business process development. He has helped companies to automate over a hundred processes and grow their business through the use of Business Process Automation, RPA, Intelligent Document Processing and various APIs. Toni joined Vuono Group from Digital Workforce.

Tuomas is a senior architect and full-stack software developer with 15+ years of experience. He has studied Computer Science at The University of Helsinki. Tuomas joined Vuono Group from Capgemini, where he has been working for the last years as a hands-on solutions architect.

Ville is a Software Architect, who holds a high standard for his work. At the same time, he is an easy-going and likeable team player. With over 20 years of experience in various technical roles, Ville truly enjoys solving complex problems with code.
