Eemil Rantala joins Vuono Group

Eemil Rantala joins Vuono Group as a Business Engineer.

Eemil has spent his early career in demanding industrial environments. At KONE and Konecranes, he gained firsthand experience of what it takes to keep large-scale global operations running efficiently, working across sales support, process development, and operational improvement. This background gives him a genuine understanding of how complex organisations work in practice.

At Vuono Group, Eemil focuses on investigating, modelling, and simplifying complex workflows to uncover inefficiencies and real improvement opportunities. He is particularly drawn to process analytics and its potential to make sales and delivery processes sharper and more effective.

"I was attracted by the opportunity to work with Vuono Group’s diverse customers across industries, alongside colleagues with strong expertise and a collaborative mindset. The mix of business operations and modern technology, data and AI in particular, is exactly what I was looking for," Eemil Rantala says.

Eemil is actively developing his skills in lean development and problem-solving, with a focus on creating faster, more value-driven outcomes for clients. He is completing his Master's in Information Networks at Aalto University, with a thesis examining the AI maturity of the Finnish energy industry.

Outside of work, Eemil channels the same energy into basketball, playing in a men's recreational league with his old teammates. He also enjoys spending time at the cottage, where he likes to retreat every now and then to relax and recharge in the peaceful surroundings of nature.
