Jenny Vainio joins Vuono Group

Jenny Vainio joins Vuono Group as a Business Engineer.

It is a pleasure to introduce a new team member, Jenny, who brings a wealth of experience in data analysis, process development, and cross-functional collaboration. Her impressive career journey includes significant roles at Kesko, UPM and OP Pohjola. Jenny’s passion for unravelling complexities and translating insights into actionable solutions truly stands out.

At her previous role at Kesko, Jenny worked as a Senior Process Analyst, Manager for Knowledge Work, and Global Process Owner in finance and customer service. Academically, Jenny holds an M.Sc. in International Business with a major in Management & Organisations. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is currently expanding her knowledge further by studying for a Master’s in Service and Business Design.

"I love analysing all kinds of data, both qualitative and quantitative, to pinpoint the root causes of issues. But most importantly, I thrive on working collaboratively with people to co-create effective solutions," Jenny says.

Jenny’s strong points include comprehending complex entities, identifying the root causes of problems, and translating data into an approachable and understandable language for everyone. She has a wide knowledge of various business processes and the ability to view challenges from multiple angles: considering operational process needs, business objectives, and customer expectations.

Outside of work, Jenny is an enthusiastic outdoors person, enjoying various sports and particularly loving orienteering. She dedicates her free time to volunteering in her children's hobbies, currently serving as an orienteering instructor for small children, having previously coached football for several years.
