Jukka Pello joins the Vuono Group Board of Directors.
Jukka Pello, founding partner of Dottir Attorneys Ltd., has been elected to the Board of Directors of Vuono Group Oy to accelerate the company's M&A, listing, and financing strategy. Pello has over fifteen years of experience in technology and corporate law, as well as various corporate transactions. The law firm Dottir, which he founded together with his colleagues, is one of the fastest-growing business law firms in Finland over the last decade.
Vuono Group's business, focused on data and AI-driven process development, has grown rapidly in Finland during its initial years. In 2024, the group's revenue reached 4.3 million euros in Finland's declining IT consulting market, with a profitability of approximately 8 percent. The company completed its first acquisition at the end of last year by merging AI company Valuemotive into itself.
“Jukka Pello will strengthen the next phase of our growth, where corporate and financing arrangements are at the core of our strategy and board work. Our service offering, combining AI and process development, has now been successfully validated in the domestic market, and it's time to accelerate M&A and international expansion,” commented Lauri Eloranta, one of Vuono Group's founders and Chairman of the Board.
