Niklas Linnanen joins Vuono Group

Niklas Linnanen joins Vuono Group as a Business Engineer.

Niklas brings a combination of strategic consulting experience and hands-on engineering powered by data and AI. Before joining us, he worked at BCG Platinion and Metsä Board, where he focused on business performance improvement and analytics development.

His strength lies in turning fragmented data into scalable, automated workflows and processes that serve business objectives directly.

"My favourite thing about work is making the job easier for someone else. I enjoy being at the crossroads of business and technology, as I can put myself in either one's shoes to ensure the solutions truly provide value," Niklas Linnanen says.

Niklas holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University, which gives him both the commercial understanding and analytical foundation to help companies re-engineer their operations in a way that brings results that show on the bottom line.

Outside of work, Niklas enjoys hiking and being outdoors. Also all kinds of technical tinkering is close to his heart – a mindset that carries through to his work as well.
