Oskar Heinonen joins Vuono Group

Oskar Heinonen joins Vuono Group as a Business Engineer.

Oskar has a strong background in business development and large-scale digital transformations. Before joining Vuono Group, he gained consulting experience at BCG Platinion and Deloitte, supporting strategic transformations and supply chain operations. He has also worked in pricing and availability analysis at Valmet and in B2B sales.

Oskar holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University, with a major in Strategic Technology and Project Management and a minor in Software Engineering.

This mix of strategic and operational roles gives him a broad view of how organisations create real business value . What drew Oskar to Vuono Group was the chance to apply what he learned from strategic C-level projects more broadly.

Outside of work, Oskar is a self-confessed flag enthusiast with a passion for geography. In summer, he plays beach volleyball, and when the weather turns, he switches to chess and board games.
