The Challenge: Advancing AI-Powered Processes

The KKV and Tukes supervise and monitor licensed business activities nationwide. Their regulatory oversight involves analysing large volumes of online data and information, a process that was previously done manually and was therefore time-consuming. 

The organisations identified a strategic need to transform this into a concrete AI-powered process that would free up experts’ time, strengthen market oversight and consumer protection, and improve the quality of insights by identifying potentially non-compliant practices directly from websites.
