The Starting Point
Servica is a services company with around 1,750 employees, providing food, transport, sterile processing, facility maintenance, and material logistics services.
Having invested in ERP transformation, the company wanted to ensure business value with concrete improvements in cost-efficiency, ways of working, and strategic direction. To get there, they needed support identifying development needs across end-to-end operations from enterprise architecture to data quality and AI.
