Ella Varjus joins Vuono Group

Ella Varjus joins Vuono Group as an HR Lead.

We're thrilled to announce the latest addition to the Vuono Group team: Ella joins us as our new HR Lead. With her versatile HR experience spanning talent acquisition to HR development, she supports Vuono Group’s growth by ensuring a top-tier employee experience, efficient HR processes, and strong talent.

"My favourite things about work are learning from others, being part of a growing organisation with great opportunities, and the fact that no two days are the same. I value the opportunity to make an impact through people and culture, and to build something from the ground up,” Ella says enthusiastically.

With an HR Generalist background and experience in global organisations, in her most recent role, Ella managed the entire employee lifecycle, leading end-to-end recruitments, implementing HRIS systems, developing various HR guidelines, and shaping learning and development initiatives. Ella has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Jyväskylä, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Vaasa.

She’s adaptable and leads our HR initiatives proactively, all while maintaining empathy and a strong sense of teamwork. Additionally, Ella aims to develop smarter, more efficient HR processes with the help of technology. She is also diving deeper into learning and professional development, specifically, how to design organisational frameworks that support continuous learning at work.

Beyond her professional prowess, Ella is an experimental home cook who loves trying new flavours and recipes. She's also a music enthusiast, enjoying live gigs and singing, and finds balance by spending time outdoors.
