Petri Rikkinen joins Vuono Group
Petri Rikkinen joins Vuono Group as VP of AI Transformation.
Petri brings more than 15 years of senior consulting experience, most recently leading Business Finland's strategy renewal for AI and the geo-economy. He has held senior roles at Accenture Strategy and Futurice, driving large scale digital and cultural transformation for major organisations, and earlier founded his own strategy consultancy building applied models.
Petri holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University, with a focus on work psychology and leadership. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies at Aalto in applied mathematics and strategic decision-making, and is also a trained psychotherapist.
This mix of strategic, academic and human-centred experience gives Petri a rare view of how organisations actually change. What drew him to Vuono Group was the belief that the competitive organisations of the future will combine human capability with AI and process intelligence, and that Vuono Group is positioned to help companies master that shift. He is excited to build the next growth phase together with the team.

It is the organisation that has to use it. The work of a change leader has a lot in common with that of a psychotherapist. Only the scale is bigger", says Petri Rikkinen.
At Vuono Group, Petri's focus is on turning that insight into practice, advising leadership teams as a senior partner and helping client organisations orchestrate agentic AI and process mining while keeping human judgement at the centre of every decision.

Outside of work, Petri balances his time between pottery and yoga, and is an avid reader of fantasy and science fiction novels.
