Vuono Group joins Prodeko Network, among Finland's leading companies

Vuono Group has been accepted into Prodeko Network in August, joining the closest circle of corporate partners for the Guild of Industrial Engineering and Management Prodeko, a student organisation under the auspices of Aalto University Student Union. The partnership is built on a shared ambition to grow the business and technology competence that drives future competitiveness.

Prodeko Network is the most integral part of their company relations. It consists of leading Finnish companies from several industries and has existed since 1994. Network companies are visible in a broad range of the guild's activities.

Prodeko Network companies:

  • Nokia (since 1995)

  • Metso (since 2006)

  • Vaisala (since 2010)

  • ABB (since 2016)

  • KONE (since 2016)

  • Nordea (since 2018)

  • UPM (since 2018)

  • RELEX (since 2019)

  • Visma (since 2021)

  • Vuono Group (since 2026)

Vuono Group and Prodeko already have ties. Vuono Group has taken part in Prodeko activities during recent years, Prodeko alumni currently work at Vuono Group in Business Engineer roles, and new positions open on a regular basis. The new partnership formalises and deepens this existing relationship.

“As a Prodeko alum, seeing this become official is amazing. We're rebuilding how companies compete and grow, and that work doesn't happen in slides, it happens hands-on, in the actual processes and systems. That's exactly what Prodekoians are built for: business sense to know what's worth changing and technical skills and passion to go and change it", says Joona Soratie, CEO at Vuono Group.

"Vuono Group combines deep expertise in process development, AI and data with genuine business understanding. That mix is exactly what the next generation needs as AI and data redefine how industries work: and exactly what we want our students learning from," says Tuomas Ylimäki, Corporate Relations Responsible at Prodeko.
